The fame of excellent cuisine and attentive service has made the restaurant / "Smorza" of Romagnano (district of Trento) a point of reference for those who like to find themselves in a peaceful environment.

Our story begins in 1965 year in which Mr. Caldonazzi Adriano took over, together with his wife Grazia Coser, the restaurant "La Rosa".

In the 1991 the management is handed down to the children of Adriano and Grazia ( Nicoletta, Claudius and George) and at the same time the place was expanded with the addition of the pizzeria.

In the late 90s and in 2003 the premises have been completely restored and present themselves with the current composition.
